Min 1, do 1x pull up,
min 2 do 2x pull ups...
so on until you cannot complete required reps in 60 seconds

Endurance:Bike - 7x3min on, 3 min rest, each efforts at 120 rmp with decent tension, (I'm still at 6k elevation...boo hoo)
Then 15 minutes of stone work.
