WOD: 14:48 Rx'd plus 3lbs on barbell
CFE 8x100m max effort, 3:00 rest between (supposed to be 10 but aggrevatted a sore calf on #8 so called it quits)
Effort times ranged from high 12s to low 15s
Establish 1RM Snatch for the day- 230lbs
WOD- 7:32 as rx'd. B Bowen straight smashed this one! Dude is a STUD!!!
