CFE: long intervals 4 x 1200m hold within 3-5sec

pace to slow on first two need to warm up better and push harder should all be below 6 next time

Warm up- 100m farmer carry 2 poods, then 10 swings 2 pood. did 4 rounds.

Box jump work- Did some depth jumps, seated jumps and High box jumps.

Heavy triple back squat- only got 375, was feeling drained after the High Box Jumps.

5 Rounds: stone to shoulder squats @ 147# 6 ea shoulder, 12 situps--- 9:37, def. felt like quitting at round 3 but my man JV kept me going!

PM:
