WOD with 45lbs dumbbells
WOD: sucked
CFE: long intervals 4 x 1200m hold within 3-5sec

pace to slow on first two need to warm up better and push harder should all be below 6 next time
Box jump work- Did some depth jumps, seated jumps and High box jumps.
Heavy triple back squat- only got 375, was feeling drained after the High Box Jumps.

PM:
Warm up- 100m farmer carry 2 poods, then 10 swings 2 pood. did 4 rounds.
