TGU: 1/2 the sets with 20#, remaining 1/2 with 25#
WOD: 3 rounds at 115# final 7 rounds @ 95#. Had to drop weight because I strained my hip running. Yet another reason not to run!!!

Scaled WOD: 11:57 - subbed dead hangs with orange band (not to chest, just to chin) and 95# back squats.

My wife wtote "tits".... that's funny.
