I have decided I need a counter, I find it challenging to push through the mental/physical pain and keep accurate count of my reps. I know I got them all in, just not confident the reps were sequential...

3 Rounds: 10 Deads at 275lb 50 Double under Rest 10 min 3 Rounds: 400m run 10 HSPU (Game standards) Rest 10 min 30 Burpee pull ups with a weight vest.
4 minutes flat for the first WOD. Almost 20 min for the second WOD. and I have no idea what my time was for the last. Got some weaknesses exposed and some eye opening results. Good to get this shit out of the way now.
Power Clean to Jerk- 245×1,255×1,265×1,275×1,285×1,295×1,300×1(F),300×1. Not a PR, but stoked none the less!!!
Stone medley- 91lb,120lb,150lb,200lb- Fastest time was 12secs. Then tried to get the 260lb up a couple times but really never got it past my belly button.
AMRAP 5 min- 10 ring push ups 50 double unders with a weight vest, 2 push ups and 50 double unders shy of 5 rounds.
