Core + Flex + Balance not as easy as you would think! I feel like we spent 45 minutes in the plank position! Great class!

Strength: 10-1 135 push press, 2 pood swings every minute on the minute. Ended up being pretty spicy.

WOD:
AMRAP 5 min-
3 335 dead lifts
3 HSPU
Was 2 HSPU shy of 7 rounds.

Muscle up work- 10x2 working on transition.

I just want to thank Justin for being a great workout partner! Mostly because he puts up with my bitching. And he is also a badass!
