Strength: Clean: 65-75-95-failed at 105# WOD: 4rounds +13 Pull ups. It was so frustrating I couldn't get the final two pull ups for 5 rounds but my shoulders were not having it. Round 1 @85# 3 Rounds at 75#. Thank God for a rest day!

squat clean: 95-115-125-135-145(F) Failed 2x, then i was able to clean it without the squat...ugh!!! BUT 145# is a PR for clean, and 135 is a PR for squat clean!
