EMOM for 12 minutes perform:

Odd minutes: 1x power clean + 2x front squats + 3x push jerks (135/95) without dropping bar

Even minutes: 25x kbs (55/35)

Mobility

MWOD: Squat Cycle 1/3

test and re-test folks!  We have done lots of squatting this week, so hit this MWOD with gusto!!

This was a tough one! I only did #53. Last 2 rounds of kettle bells I did 20 reps.

75# for two rounds, 65# for remainder. 35#KB for 3 rounds, 25# for remainder. Did not complete all reps.

Weighted Pullups: 5 with 45lb plate
HSPU: tried with hands on elevated on two 45lb plates...

WOD: tough! 115# & 55 KB swing

Pull ups - two rounds of 2 reps just bodyweight (no weight added), then 1 round of 5 reps with red band, 1 round with black band, 1 round with orange band. I hate pullups. Gotta keep working on em.

HSPU: 1x3 with 3 abmats. Yeesh.

WOD: started off with 135# and 44# KBS - 4 rounds. Then had to fall back to 115# - got another 3 rounds for 7 rounds total.

Not my day.... :-x

Weighted Pus - BW,20# vest, 15#, 15#, 20# vest; HSPus - 2 rounds with 2 mats, 1 round with 1 mat

WOD: 2 rounds at 105# with 35# KB, remainder at 95# with 35# KB.

HSPU: With 2 ab mats still... It's totally mental with 1 ab mat, I need to be hypnotized to get over it.

WOD: completed all reps unbroken with 75#/35#

Killer WOD AO, way to make the heavy the resting part.

HSPU 3x3 w/2 abmats.

WOD: 115 power clean, front squat and push jerks; 44/35# kbs.

weighted pull ups: 5x5 bw-bw-20-20-20# vest (i had to do a half kip/kick type thing for the last 3 of the last set)

HSPU 2 abmat BLAH!
