Strength

WOD
EMOM for 12 minutes perform:
Odd minutes: 1x power clean + 2x front squats + 3x push jerks (135/95) without dropping bar
Even minutes: 25x kbs (55/35)
Mobility
test and re-test folks! We have done lots of squatting this week, so hit this MWOD with gusto!!

Most. Frustrating. Workout. Yet.
HSPU: tried with hands on elevated on two 45lb plates...
WOD: tough! 115# & 55 KB swing
HSPU: 1x3 with 3 abmats. Yeesh.
WOD: started off with 135# and 44# KBS - 4 rounds. Then had to fall back to 115# - got another 3 rounds for 7 rounds total.
Not my day....
WOD: 2 rounds at 105# with 35# KB, remainder at 95# with 35# KB.
WOD: completed all reps unbroken with 75#/35#
Killer WOD AO, way to make the heavy the resting part.
HSPU 3x3 w/2 abmats.
WOD: 115 power clean, front squat and push jerks; 44/35# kbs.
HSPU 2 abmat BLAH!
