Push ups (new standard)

Wallball (20#/14#)

Double-Unders (or 90 Single-Unders)
**Two member teams. Each member must complete 30 reps of the listed movements. You may break up reps as needed, but you must finish each movement in order.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot the best part... only one member can work at a time while the other is "resting"...in the front plank. ENJOY!!

Strength: Back squat if you missed yesterday
WOD: (CFOW)
One cycle is as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
- 5 ring dips
- 10 box jumps (20")
- 15 dumbbell push jerks (M:35#/W:25#)
Rest 1 minute and repeat for a total of four cycles. Start each cycle where you left off the last cycle. Post total rounds to comments.
Mindy is so hardcore, she decided to try to break the barbell with her nose! You can see the nice bloody mess, but you should see the damage she did to the barbell! 5 stitches later and she's still going strong.
