WOD- Clean @ 140#- 9 rnds as rx'd.
WOD: 165# cleans
- 8 full rounds + 1 PC.
WOD @ 140 - 9 full rounds, pull ups of 2nd round
Power Clean: 115 lbs
WOD: 7 rounds plus 2 Power Cleans (95 lbs)
wod: 10.75 rounds (gr band, manly push ups, 40 lb clean)
WOD: 9 rounds ((3 pull ups, 5 push ups, 7 air squats) x 2)
WOD: 7 full rounds + 7 squats, 3 pullups, and 5 pushups (kips, strict pushups, 95# cleans).
WOD: 8 rounds plus 2 PCs, and 1 round of 3,5,7 Pull ups, Push ups and Air squats (90# cleans).
WOD: 9 rounds + 5 pushups + 4 squats (but only did 1 round of 3 5 7 between each set of cleans).
WOD: 7 squats shy of 5 rounds (kips, strict pushups, 83lb cleans).
