Intro Consultation

This is a 60 minute free session that explains the crossfit method and evaluates your current level of fitness

Elements

Our Elements training is a one-on-one training session with one of our coaches.  CrossFit 405 requires a minimum of 3 sessions to be completed before you can join group classes.  These sessions ensure you learn the 9 foundational movements used in CrossFit, and can execute them safely.  Safety is our top priority!  Groups of up to 5 people can schedule Elements training together if desired.  Contact us for more details.

Group Classes

This is where fitness becomes sport and community is born.  While you continue to develop your foundation of strength and general fitness, your training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins.  Intensity picks up and you are introduced to new skills.  We remind our athletes that intensity is based on the individual and all work outs are scalable. One of the best parts of ALL of our CrossFit classes is the relationships you build while getting fit.  Our community is second to none!


Personal Coaching and Consulting

Nutrition

The nutrition "Intervention" is where it all begins.  We give you the how's and why's of nutrition in an easy to understand approach.  Quality nutrition is the foundation to healthy living, and all quality strength and conditioning programs.  We address this from the beginning because it is the KEY to overall wellness.  We work with individuals with health issues, folks hoping to drop body fat and add lean muscle, those trying to "put weight on", and anyone in between.  We emphasize the importance of QUALITY food, as well as quantity.  Meal planning and recipes are also available.

$75/hr

Run Technique and Video Evaluation

6 Session minimum

* Session 1 Video taping of present running
* Sessions 2 - 5 Corrective training with drills and exercises
* Session 6 Video taping of current running and follow up drills/exercises

First you will be video taped of how you run now. Then we will correct any imbalances and show the proper way to run Pose. A multitude of drills are used to get the body and mind to understand the change that is going to occur, and then we will re-video tape you and give some more corrective advice and exercises to do after you run so that the body will adapt faster. This also includes a tempo trainer which will allow changes to occur much quicker.

There is no easier way to improve than by seeing yourself, and learning to be more efficient!

$275 for 6 sessions (video evaluation included)

Personal Training

We work with people on an individual and small group (<4 individuals) sessions. Once we have screened (mandatory) the individual/group and have dealt with any imbalances we focus on the individuals/groups needs each session. Each program is tailored to the client's goals.

Single sessions (1 trainer 1 client)
2 - 4 person sessions (1 trainer 2 - 4 clients)

$75/hr (1 on 1) Hourly rate is less when sessions are purchased in clusters.
