Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat/leg
After each set complete 20 burpees

You can elevate rear foot on couch, chair or bench
Flow of workout:
30 RFE split squats – Right
30 RFE split squats – Left
20 burpees
20 RFE split squats – Right
20 RFE split squats – Left
20 burpees
10 RFE split squats – Right
10 RFE split squats – Left
20 burpees
